Favorite MOTOR TABS tab/water combo: Two orange flavoured MOTOR TABS in 24 oz. water bottle. On long training rides I carry extra tabs in my cycling jersey pocket to make sure I can refuel.
Coach/mentor/nutritionist: Paula Newby-Fraser has been helping me with my Ironman training.
Greatest athletic achievements: 1st place, Ford Ironman World Championships in 2006, 2x ITU World Triathlon Champion, Silver Medalist 2000 Olympics, 2nd place at 2005 Ford Ironman World Championships
If I wasn't a pro athlete I'd be….: A school teacher, as I have a teaching degree.
Hobbies: Horseback riding, reading autobiographies and walking my three Mini Pins.
